Superior Walls
foundations are produced in
our factory-controlled indoor environments, keeping building materials
warm and dry. Our special high-strength, low water/cement-ratio is formed
directly to full-length insulation in the factory, creating a formidable barrier to
moisture and water vapor. Joints are specially sealed with a triple
bead of Bostik © sealant. A crushed stone sub-footer and perimeter
drain channel water away from your foundation, keeping your basement
dry and making it a great place for living, not just storage.

Superior Walls are created
with extra living space in mind, so they arrive from our factory
pre-insulated and ready to finish. Because we know that over 20% of a building's
energy loss can occur through the basement, our DOW © Styrofoam
insulated walls save money on energy bills while making a comfortable
living environment. And for the coldest northern environments, the
built-in space between the concrete studs is perfect for adding extra
insulation as high as R-32, requiring no additional studs.
